Established in 1998
Michael Constantini established Project Management Resources, Inc. in 1998. Throughout his career in the construction industry, Michael saw the need for an organization that could encompass the entire design and construction process and make it work more efficiently and effectively for the Owner and the project. Michael has experience in all types of contract arrangements including lump sum, negotiated, negotiated with GMP, and the design / build process to name a few.

Prior to establishing PMR, Michael Constantini worked for over 18 years as an employee of Turner Construction Company out of the Chicago territory. He has directed more than 4.0 million square feet of tenant development to compliment his knowledge and experience in over $ 600,000,000 in construction core and shell activities. Michael’s position in the company originated as a field engineer in 1980 and advanced from assistant superintendent, project superintendent, project manager, senior project manager, to executive. Michael’s last assignment , prior to leaving the company, was Operations Manager responsible for all suburban construction activities.
Michael’s assignments with Turner Construction Company provided a strong background in management, scheduling, and cost control. His organizational and analytical abilities, combined with solid decision-making and a keen understanding of the design process, are positive strengths and strong attributes for assisting the design and construction program.
Michael has received numerous awards for various activities with Turner and served 6 years as territory training director and a total of 10 years as a Turner trainer. Michael received a bachelor of science degree in building construction from Michigan State University.
